2021, Domaine Pierre Guillemot, SAVIGNY-LES-BEAUNE, 'Le Dessus de Gollardes' Blanc

A strong effort, the 2021 Savigny-lès-Beaune Dessus Les Gollardes Blanc offers up aromas of white flowers, crisp stone fruits, nutmeg and petrol, followed by a medium to full-bodied, ample and perfumed palate that's animated by lively acids. Readers will remember that this cuvée contains a percentage of Pinot Blanc. While I'd be inclined to approach it young, its longevity is often impressive. 88 William Kelley, Wine Advocate.
