The 2022 Chambolle-Musigny La Combe d'Orveaux 1er Cru comes from almost a hectare of vines. It clearly has more ripeness on the nose compared to the Les Noirots, lifted Morello cherries, crushed strawberry with more floral scents of rose petal and white flowers. The palate is very harmonious with smooth tannins, very supple and fleshier in style, yet maintaining wonderful precision on the finish. Bon vin. 95 Neal Martin, Vinous (2023).
