Cabernet Franc
A lighter and more perfumed Cabernet that has its origins in the Loire Valley, but has been used since the 18th Century in Bordeaux to lighten and intensify the nose on their wines. In Saint-Émilion it forms the basis of the famous Chateau Cheval Blanc.
