The 2020 Chablis Dame Nature has quite a strong peppermint tincture on the nose that becomes amplified with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. Harmonious and smooth, this offers orchard fruit and a dab of spice, quite persistent on the finish.
