Domaine Tollot-Beaut

In France Tollot-Beaut are favoured restaurant wine-list wines and this is still a big part of their sales. So the style is generous and flavourful. We've found that the village-level Chorey-Les-Beaune has been especially good in recent vintages with its crisp, bright red fruits & and would make a great wine-list or house Burgundy here. Also highly recommended is their intense and stylish Beaune 1er cru "Grèves" plus Jo Charvill's highly-recommended Savigny-Lavières.
