2018, Domaine Burguet, BOURGOGNE, 'Les Pince Vin'
A ripe and reasonably fresh nose speaks mainly of various red berry fruit aromas that are generously laced with earth nuances. There is excellent richness for a wine of this level to the medium weight flavours that exhibit only a touch of rusticity on the lingering if ever-so-mildly warm finish. This is a richer and riper style of Bourgogne that offers fine quality for what it is. Outstanding Top Value. 87 Burghound.
The 2018 Bourgogne Les Prince Vin has a pretty bouquet of raspberry and cranberry fruit. The palate is well balanced with light tannins. An unashamedly approachable, easygoing red Burgundy with a light but satisfying finish. 86 Neal Martin
