Artist and winemaker Bibi Graetz,  is now making some of Italy's finest wines. But Bibi has been making his distinctive and collectable wines for longer than you think - he recently celebrated his 20th vintage of the reds. Unlike other "Super Tuscan" producers he has been exploring the return to Tuscany's native varieties, with the resulting lack of official appellation status due to using 100% Sangiovese and 100% Ansonica (whites) and only grapes from very old vines that sometimes sit outside the designated areas for DOCG classification.
