This has proven itself to be a delicious version of Aligoté. Dry, lively and fruity. Bottled early in order to preserve its freshness and fruitiness. The colour can be likened to white gold and the perfume reminiscent of very fresh grapes and green apples. Aligoté's liveliness and acidity make it an excellent appetiser or aperitif - and of course as the perfect base for Kir. Mongeard-Mugneret hand sort in the winery and ferment in 100% stainless steel.
