From Aux-Perrières, a parcel that is shared between Domaine Darviot-Perrin and Coche-Dury. Originally planted in 1937 - half of it is in process of being replaced.
Half is to be replanted next spring. Pale lemon yellow. The nose is a bit more massive but perhaps less fine. The oak adds to the punchy sense. This is a complete and powerful wine, with its own mineral acidity, but it moves me less than either Charmes or Genevrières. Drink from 2030-2038.
