The 2021 Beaune Les Boucherottes 1er Cru was completely de-stemmed as the vines naturally produce acidity. The malo had not finished on this cuvée but there appears to be fine concentration on the nose considering the vintage. The palate is sweet, slightly candied on the entry with blood orange and tangerine infusing the red fruit. Ripe and energetic on the simple yet effective finish. Fine. 89-91 Neal Martin, Vinous.
