One new barrel in 5. Pale fresh colour. Reserved but classy, very much in the
white fruit image. A little bit of oak but it is well folded in. Excellent
concentration especially on the second half of the palate, again the oak feels
intelligently used, with a clean mineral acidity, not trenchant and not too saline. Tasted: October 2022. 92-95 Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy.
