Rosé blend: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah.
Berries are grown on 40 year-old vines benefiting from a mixture of clay, limestone and grey sandstone on steep slopes. This rosé has aromas of strawberries, citrus fruit and spring flowers. The palate has good acidity, is refreshing, full of fruit and has a good length.
Pale salmon colour. Sappy, savoury nose that suggests a certain salinity. Proper wine with a beginning, middle and end that could well stand up to a wide range of foods. VGV (Very Good Vintage) 16.5, Jancis Robinson
