Bottles throughout Jan, Feb and March. 60-70% vinified in old chêne (oak). The terroir, be it clay or limestone determines its elévage. Use 100% sugar cane corks, very strong.
Light gold in colour, beautiful lime citrus (tilleuil) and minerality on the nose with some tropical notes of pineapple and brioche too. Rich and creamy on the attack, salty, mineral, nice long finish. Bon acidité. Will soften and complexity to develop. Delicious. Katharine Maude.
